I have been associated with Kennovation for the past 9 years and 6 months.
The atmosphere of growing and gaining knowledge is the most attractive trait of Kennovation.
During my learning phase, every time I had a problem, I always had my colleagues and seniors patiently standing by my side explaining the how’s and the why’s. On turning around and looking back, I can say that learning was a great experience.
Here I have seen some of the most brilliant, innovative, and creative minds at work. During working hours, each employee maintains a very high degree of professionalism and strives to complete their tasks with utmost perfection.

15th Feb 2018 is the day I joined as a Management Trainee and now its been A Year and a Half. The journey from Management Trainee To A Business Analyst has been a Rollercoaster Ride, but with the help of my team members, this ride became my Fun ride. In Kennovation I understood what we learn in college is just not enough, its beyond the books. Experience of expertise people and helpful environment of these companies made me learn a lot in my journey.
From Beginning, I got an opportunity to work on a Live ERP Project which made me learn a lot, both Functionally and Technically. Gradually I started working on multiple projects. As a Business Analyst it’s important to handle clients and by working on multiple projects with them I have learned a lot and I am looking forward to learn more.
Good Communication and Collaboration within teammates and other colleagues help the company to achieve its Goal and Vision.
